How to Play:

  1. Click to select. Press 'Esc' to cancel. Hover cursor for Info.
  2. You lose the turn if the clock runs out. 
  3. After moving, you can choose from list of 3 actions: 1) Wait, 2) Bomb, 3) Inspect. Any action other than 'Wait' cause time loss in the next turn.
  4. Netting fish is automated if you end turn 'Waiting' next to a fish spot.
  5. From 6PM, your boat can dock for perks.
  6. Signboard near the dock might have useful info. Updated every morning.
  7. Post your high score (and number of days survived) in the comments :)

As an apprentice Fishberman, you have 1 week to prove yourself. The goal is to get the highest score possible, from netting fish and bombing sharks. 

Navigate your way through a horde of sharks by either outmaneuvering or more simply bombing them to smithereens. On this treacherous sea, time is a resource, quite literally.

Any comment/feedback is welcomed. I have many more features planned out for this game idea, but would like to test the water (pun intended) with this early prototype. If you like this game, it is much appreciated if you can spread the word to friends and communities. Enjoy!

I couldn't seem to find the fish.. are the sharks fish?

Hi, thanks for trying the game. The fish tiles are the animated tiles which look different than the plain water tiles. Perhaps you want to have a look at "How to Play".

Thanks skymanyn, I read the how to play on the page but missed the how to play instruction picture inside the game! The music is also really nice!

Interesting and fresh mix of mechanics

Pros: 

  • interesting that different shark types can push or trigger bomb
  • bomb as dual-purposed, can provide fast travel

Cons:

  • weather mechanics can generate unpredictability, sometimes can give rise to annoying situation for player
  • upgrade options not yet refined
